Reference

Provides for the general public to conduct research, and consult records from our Archival collection.  Clients can make their request through visit to the Search Room or via telephone, email or on-line.  The Reference Staff is always ready to assist you with your request. Clients are expected to follow Search Room Regulations.  Overseas clients will be provided with limited preliminary research including listings and referrals to local researchers.

Outreach

The National Archives engages various communities, groups, schools and individuals to raise the awareness of the existence of the Archives and to inform and instill in them an appreciation for their history and documentary heritage. Activities include  in-house exhibitions, tours, lectures. The collection is also highlighted through the production of publications such as brochures and booklets.
