Welcome to the Dominica Library and Information Service Public Libraries Website. The public library service, through the Roseau Public Library and branches at Portsmouth, Grand Bay and Marigot, facilitate continuing life-long learning and assists in the development process through the provision of reference and reading materials, the implementation of outreach programmes, promotion of literacy and loans, leisure and recreation services.
